It is my belief that it is a real job, but you feel something against the opportunity. Granted, it's the same schtick - you get your 7 and 63 licenses more other licenses required by jobs. After that you train, you will spend much time on the phone cold calling elderly people mistakenly believe that you are their son or daughter and talk your ear, or people who hangs on you because you are a seller. the bottom line here is that there are lots of possibilities like, but be sure to read the fine print. Get a job description before signing anything.
Note: Richard (above) said MS-BS is one of the brokerage firms the most respected in the country. True. But regardless of the company, you'll still be stuck doing the same thing. No matter where you build your castle of sand, the sea will eventually qualify. I would stay away from this job. There are other opportunities out there. Go for it.

2 Pension Funds Sue Morgan Stanley Over Pay
The complaint, filed in New York State Senior Court in Manhattan, names among the defendants are Morgan Stanley, President, John J. Mack, the CEO, James P. Gorman, who succeeded Mr. Mack at the beginning of the year.
The suit demands that defendants reimburse Morgan Stanley for breach of fiduciary duties and that the company takes steps to restructure its compensation practices. It notes that the company received a bailout of 10 billion dollars of government and asserts that "Morgan Stanley effectuation of 2009 is attributable to assistance and intervention of the federal government."
A spokesman for Morgan Stanley, Mark Lake declined to comment to Reuters and Bloomberg information, adding that the company had not yet been served with the complaint.
Last week, Mr. Gorman said he would reduce relationship compensation from Morgan Stanley, which was boosted in 2009 due to improving the value of corporate debt and compensation arising from the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture, Reuters reported.
