What are the benefits they are using lost wax casting for jewelry making?

i am looking for a good recipe for casting wax for the lost-wax proses. I have a large amount of natural bees?

I am a bronze worker and need help with recipes for a good casting wax. I am trained in the sand casting but want to do some casting lost wax.

The Beeswax is generally plastic, you can mix it with a little paraffin wax to give it more stiffness.Just play with different proportions to obtain the desired consistency. You can soften the wax too hard with Vaseline or even mineral oil. Although there is a limit to what you can achieve.
Usually you will also need to make sprue wax door of your room. They must be sufficiently rigid to avoid bending and support your work. In addition, they should have a lower or at least not the melting point higher than your main body wax.
I think the beeswax should work fairly well, but if it is clean, you may be better to sell and buy some wax other instead. Usually microcrystalline waxes are those which are used to melt the wax. They come with different melting points, depending on what you want to do with them (hand modeling or mold) and the temperature at which you work (people in Alaska will require a little different from that of artists in Hawaii) . Usually you can get some tiny samples for free, then you can order the wax that suits you best.
